Free Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping within West Malaysia for orders exceeding RM 500.

Shipment & Handling Fees

West Malaysia

• Flat rate: RM 20.00 per delivery

East Malaysia

• First 500g: RM 10.00

• Additional 250g: RM 2.50

Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped every working day. We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days after receiving payment.

• West Malaysia: Delivery typically takes 1-2 business days after shipment.

• Sabah and Sarawak: Delivery takes 1-5 business days, depending on the courier service and shipping method.

You will be contacted after your order is confirmed to arrange shipping. Alternatively, you can email us at sales@polysun.com.my to specify your preference.

Delivery Methods

• West Malaysia: G-Dex, Pos Laju, or lorry transport for heavy items.

• East Malaysia: Pos Laju, G-Dex, air freight, or sea/surface parcel mail for heavy items.

• Overseas: We will send an invoice via Wire Transfer; please check your email for details.

Self-Collection (Pick-Up)

Customers can arrange to pick up their orders from our office at no delivery charge.

• Self-collection must be prearranged by appointment. Orders are usually ready by the next business day, and you will be notified via email.

• Pick-up hours:

• 10:30 AM - 1:00 PM

• 2:30 PM - 5:30 PM (weekdays only)
